SKILL TECH II
Skill Tech II focuses on developing specific,
age-appropriate technology skills with an emphasis on computer hardware,
networking and the Internet. It teaches advanced yet practical computer
skills to Club members ages 6 to 18.
- Features three eight-session programs
for three age groups: 6-9, 10-13 and 14-18.
- Uses animated, interactive tutorials and
hands-on, instructor-led group activities
with a fun, spy-related theme with sessions
called “missions.”
- Lessons are age-appropriate. Older
members explore technology-related careers
and learn to build a computer from scratch;
younger members begin identifying essential
computer parts and learn to perform Internet
searches.

hardware and operations, including how to
identify computer components and how they
interact. They take apart and re-assemble
computers, build simple networks, obtain
