Character and Leadership Development
We empower young people to support and influence their community, sustain meaningful relationships, develop a positive self-image, participate in the democratic process, and respect their own and others' cultural identities.
Technology
The Boys & Girls Club Technology Program is dedicated to integrating technology skills into our after school programs. Our extensive technology program consists of two computer labs, which are both staffed by personnel trained in internet safety. We offer several educational and fun activities with digital technologies and imagery.
Education and Career Development
We enable young people to become proficient in basic educational disciplines, apply learning to everyday situations, and embrace technology to optimize employability.
Health and Life Skills
We develop young people's capacity to engage in positive behaviors that nurture their own well-being, set personal goals, and develop the skills to live successfully as self-sufficient, contributing skills.
The Arts
We enable young people to develop their creativity and cultural awareness through knowledge and appreciation of visual and tactile arts and crafts, performing arts, and creative writing.
Sports, Fitness, and Recreation
We develop fitness, positive use of leisure time, skills for stress management, appreciation for the environment, and social and interpersonal skills.
