Blue Moon Brewing Co – Denver, Colorado Harvest Pumpkin Ale This amber-colored ale is brewed with a bounty of fall flavors like vine-ripened pumpkin, allspice, cloves and nutmeg. Together with a touch of wheat, Blue Moon Harvest Pumpkin Ale has a smooth, lightly spiced finish. Belgium White White wheat, oats, coriander, orange peel. Full flavor with a smooth finish. Light, spicy citrus flavors go great with seafood and pork. Best when garnished with a slice of orange to bring out the natural spices and subtle fruit flavor.   BridgePort Brewery IPA 5.5% ABV, IBUs 50 BridgePort Brewery’s award-winning IPA sparkles with effervescence, the result of natural-conditioning, a process where the beer is double-fermented in each bottle, keg or cask. Brewed with a blend of five hop varieties, BridgePort IPA presents a floral, citrusy aroma and full hop flavor, while downplaying the bitterness. The beer pours smooth in the glass, emitting its signature golden glow. BridgePort Brewery Contd. Kingpin 7.5% ABV, IBUs 65 KINGPIN is a full-flavored, red-colored ale that uses a rarely-grown Willamette Valley Hop varietal known as Liberty Hops from fourth generation hop farmer John Annen of Annen Bros. Farm in Silverton, Oregon. Jeff and his team of brewers also used rye and caramel malt leading to a unique flavor profile; triple-hopped for bitter aroma and a unique dry-hopped character.   Cascade Lakes Brewing Company Blonde Bombshell 4.0% ABV, IBUs 60 As the name implies, this is one knock-out of a beer. Brewed to be a light bodied, refreshing ale, Blonde Bombshell combines subtle malt and wheat flavors with a delicate Liberty hop aroma to create a sensational beer. Monkey Face Porter 5.0% ABV, IBUs 34 This is a medium bodied robust style porter with significant roast character from chocolate and black malts. This beer finished extremely dry with a hint of the Willamette Hops used to create this perfectly balanced porter. Monkey Face Porter is perfect after a long day at the mountain or on the river!   Deschutes Brewery, Bend OR Jubelale 6.7% ABV, IBUs 60 Every year, fall’s crisp, cool air signals the imminent arrival of winter. Thoughts of snow, friends and family, the holidays, and --- Jubelale. Brewed with dark crystal malt creating a luscious holiday note with bountiful hops to excite your taste buds --- it’s easy to see why Jubelale is the perfect complement to the season. Hop Trip 5.4% ABV, IBUs 38 Each year around Labor Day, Deschutes brewers high-tail it over the pass to Doug Weather’s hop fields near Salem for the harvest. After bagging these aromatic jewels, we hustle back and toss them into the brew kettles within four hours of picking. Our reward: a pale ale with a uniquely bright citrus punch and fall spice. It’s something only Deschutes would take past the idle-talk stage. Elysian Brewery The Mens Room Original Red 5.6% ABV Mens Room Original Red is amber in color with a light hop aroma and toasty malt finish. Malts: Crisp 77 Crystal, Munich, Cara-hell, Cara-red, Cara-vienne. Hops: Bittered with Chinook and finished with Cascade. Immortal IPA A Northwest interpretation of a classic English style, golden copper in color and loaded with New World hop flavor and aroma. Extremely drinkable. 6.3% ABV 65 IBUs   Flat Tail Brewery Kolsch 5% ABV A bright straw hued crisp lager-like ale with German Tettnanger hops adding a spicy bouquet and firm bitterness. Feathertop Plump and fresh northwest grown pumpkins, rich English and Scottish malts, exotic cinnamon bark, and warm, whole vanilla beans create an incredibly fresh , flavorful, and festive stout, perfect for the season. Full Sail Brewing Company LTD 03 5.6% ABV, IBUs 35 Well looky here, a crisp pilsner-style lager all ready to rock your tastebuds’ little world. The third addition to our LTD series is pale-golden in color, featuring a spicy floral hop aroma, malty medium body, and a smooth, thirst quenching finish. IPA 6% ABV, IBUs 60 The British colonists who once visited India invented India Pale Ale. But we seriously doubt they ever enjoyed one after a day of fullblown kiteboarding. What a shame. Generously hopped to 60 IBU’s in the classic style, our IPA is a real thirst quencher. It has a full, malty body and there’s even a hint of fresh citrus to it. Perfect after your favorite water sport. Even if that happens to be the grueling drag-the-poolside-lounge-chair-into-the-sun event.   Kona Brewing Company Longboard Island Lager: Longboard Island Lager is a smooth refreshing lager fermented and aged for five weeks at cold temperatures to yield its exceptionally smooth flavor. Doppel Weizen A Brand-Spankin’ New Beer Inspired by Rolec: The Builders of our New Brewing System. They Sent Us a Traditional Yeast Sent From Their Friends in Bavaria & We Way-Overfed It To Take It All Up A Bit! Lost Coast Brewery – Eureka, California Great White (5.0% ABV): A crisp beer with a hint of citrus, made with two-row malted barley, unmalted wheat, a secret blend of Humbolt herbs, crystal clear mountain water and ale yeast Tangerine Wheat (5.0% ABV): Lost Coast Tangerine Wheat combines our Lost Coast Harvest Wheat with natural tangerine flavors. Brewed with a combination of wheat and crystal malts, and finished with Perle hops.   New Belgium Brewing Belgo IPA 7.0% ABV, IBUs 60 When we set out to brew, we use imagination and salvation to guide us- not necessarily style guidelines. It’s the Belgian way. So, Ameri-Belgo and IPA both being styles, the branding begged for New Belgium whimsy to liven things up. Hmmm… Belgo sounds like a Belgian disco. Hops like to party. Next thing you know, we bust out a disco-ball and brewers started groovin’. Hops started hoppin’. Add in an authentic Trappist yeast strain and the place brewed into a frenzy of citrus hoppy folly. New Belgium Brewery Contd. 1554 5.6% ABV, IBUs 21 Born of a flood and centuries-old Belgian text, 1554 Enlightened Black Ale uses a lager yeast strain and dark chocolaty malts to redefine what dark beer can be. In 1997, a Fort Collins flood destroyed the original recipe our researcher, Phil Benstein, found in the library. So Phil and brewmaster, Peter Bouckaert, traveled to Belgium to retrieve this unique style lost to the ages. Their first challenge was deciphering antiquated script and outdated units of measurement, but trial and error (and many months of in-house sampling) culminated in 1554, a highly quaffable dark beer with a moderate body and mouthfeel.   Ninkasi Brewing Company, Eugene, OR Total Domination IPA (6.7% ABV, 65 IBUs): A true Northwest IPA, citrus notes, floral and balanced, from ingredients regionally sourced, it is the definition of a true craft beer. Sleigh’R (7.2% ABV, 50 IBUs): A special norhwest seasonal brewed with winter in mind. A dark double alt, malty nourishing and delicious, it’s sure to keep the winter at bay, and yes, Sleigh’r does rock!     Oregon Trail Brewery, Corvallis, Oregon Beaver Tail (4.5% ABV): This wonderfully crisp, light-bodied ale is Beaver orange in color. Its smooth finish makes it a great session beer year round. Wit (4.5% ABV, 23 IBUs): Clean and spicy, with orange peel & coriander seed. Our wheat beer is unfiltered, and unbeatable on a hot summer day. Winner of the 2004 People’s Choice Award at the Newport Microbrew Festival.   Pale Horse Brewing Company, Salem, OR Hillbilly Blonde 5.2% ABV Light golden ale with aromas of honey and malts. Sweetish lightly bitter hops in the finish yields a refreshing drinkable beer. Pale Horse Stout 4.4% ABV A dry, Irish style stout, dark mahogany, almost black in color, with a very nice crème colored thick head and lots of lace afterwards. Pleasing roasty, toasty oat aromas. Good roasted malts, dark chocolate and darker coffee flavors.   Pyramid Brewing Snow Cap 7.0% ABV 47 Deep mahogany in color, our full-bodied winter warmer is brewed in the spirit of British winter ales. Crafted with a flurry of roasted chocolate and caramel malts, and generously hopped, it delivers a smooth finish that makes this beer the perfect cold weather companion. Juggernaut 5.6% ABV Juggernaut is an irresistible American red ale brimming with delectable caramel malts, delicious hops and an unquenchable spirit.   Rogue Brewery Hazelnut Brown Nectar A nutty twist to a traditional European Brown Ale. Dark brown in color with a hazelnut aroma, a rich nutty flavor and a smooth malty finish. Chatoe Good Chit Pilsner Brewed using 5 ingredients: Weyermann acidulated, Rogue Micro Barley Farm Dare Floor Malt, Rogue Micro Hopyard Liberty Hops, Czech Pils Wyeast 2278 and Free Range Coastal Water.   Sierra Nevada Brewing Company, Chico, CA Celebration Ale 6.8% ABV, IBUs 62 The long, cold nights of winter are a little brighter with Celebration Ale. Wonderfully robust and rich, Celebration Ale is dry-hopped for a lively, intense aroma. Brewed especially for the holidays, it is perfect for a festive gathering or for a quiet evening at home. Porter 5.6% ABV, IBUs 32 Dark and rich, Sierra Nevada Porter is a delicious, medium-bodied ale with a creamy head. The Porter’s smooth flavor (malty with hints of caramel) comes from a blend of deep-roasted barley malts.   Stone Brewing Company Arrogant Bastard 7.2% ABV This is an aggressive ale. You probably won’t like it. It is quite doubtful that you have the taste or sophistication to be able to appreciate an ale of this quality and depth. We would suggest that you stick to safer and more familiar territory–maybe something with a multi-million dollar ad campaign aimed at convincing you it’s made in a little brewery, or one that implies that their tasteless fizzy yellow beverage will give you more sex appeal. Perhaps you think multi-million dollar ad campaigns make things taste better. Perhaps you’re mouthing your words as you read this. Stone IPA 6.9% IBUs 77 An “India Pale Ale” by definition is highly hopped and high in alcohol - you’ll find our Stone India Pale Ale to be true to style with a huge hop aroma, flavor and bitterness throughout. If you’re a hop-head like us, then you’ll love our Stone India Pale Ale! Medium malt character with a heavy dose of over the top hops! Generous “dry hopping” gives this beer its abundant hop aroma and crisp hop flavor.   Widmer Bros O’Ryely Rotator IPA (6.4% ABV) Widmer Brothers third IPA in their Rotator series. Rye spiciness and distinctly hopped. Okto Festival Ale (5.3% ABV, IBUs 28) Loosen your lederhosen. Our full-bodied OKTO Festival Ale is inspired by Bavarian Oktoberfest, and we pay fitting tribute with its distinctive malt flavors, mild floral character and crisp clean finish. Prost!
